İŞ TANIMI
- Araştırma ve hedef kitle analiziyle sosyal medya stratejisi oluşturulması, uygulanması ve analiz edilmesi,
- Hazırlanan içeriklerin, sosyal medya mecralarına uygun hale getirilip ilgili hesaplarda paylaşılması ve takibinin yapılması,
- Sosyal medya hesaplarımız (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) için görsel ve yazılı içerik oluşturulması ve yayınlanması,
- Tüm yeni potansiyel müşterileri izlemek
- Sosyal medya planı hazırlanması, editoryal takvim oluşturulması ve uygulanması,
- Firmamızın kampanyalarının sosyal medyada paylaşılarak takibinin sağlanması,
- Sosyal medya mecralarında gelen yorumlara ve mesajlara cevap verilmesi, gelen isteklerin ilgili departmanlara iletilmesi ve koordine edilmesi,
- Sosyal medya hesaplarında yapılan tüm işlemlerin raporlanması
