Job Description
– To be responsible for the experience of users (brand officials or project owner) from the first moment they start using Edvido.
– To carry out studies and make suggestions that will increase the loyalty of service providers (software companies and agencies) and users to our service.
– Understanding the projects of the users, making suggestions about their projects and helping to provide potential brand agency agreement.
-To give mini-consultancy to users who cannot convey their needs exactly.
-To help improve product development and matching processes by receiving feedback from users.
– Establishing long-term good relationships with agencies, software companies and users.
– Working in coordination with other departments.
Requirements
– Experience in digital agency, start-up, e-commerce or technology companies.
– At least 2 years of experience in customer relationship management, account management or project management.
– Interested in Internet technologies.
– Basic knowledge of digital marketing techniques
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Able to communicate in English
– Customer oriented thinking
– Willing to be a part of a growing start-up
– Having work motivation, willing, careful, analytical and detail-oriented thinking, questioning, good business follow-up
