What will you do?

Lead for an international/multicultural social media team, be responsible for the team’s performance and tasks, provide guidance, create solutions and follow up deadlines
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Headhunt and train new team members, follow up on their performance, and integration into the team
Follow up on market news and find new ways to improve both team operations and services given to clients
Be the main point of contact for the top clients

Who are we looking for?

Experienced team lead, preferably with digital agency experience
Team player, “playing coach” who, if necessary, can enter the field and help the team with daily tasks
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Deep knowledge of client management, digital and social media marketing
Good English, both verbal and writing
Have sincere empathy for the customer, commitment to diving deep into their needs and finding solutions
Very high level of stress management and multi-tasking
