What will you do?

• Lead for an international/multicultural social media team, be responsible for the team’s performance and tasks, provide guidance, create solutions and follow up deadlines
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Headhunt and train new team members, follow up on their performance, and integration into the team
• Follow up on market news and find new ways to improve both team operations and services given to clients
• Be the main point of contact for the top clients

Who are we looking for?

• Experienced team lead, preferably with digital agency experience
• Team player, “playing coach” who, if necessary, can enter the field and help the team with daily tasks
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Deep knowledge of client management, digital and social media marketing
• Good English, both verbal and writing
• Have sincere empathy for the customer, commitment to diving deep into their needs and finding solutions
• Very high level of stress management and multi-tasking
