Koordinatör Fauna

We are looking for a Coordinator to join our vibrant team based in Akaretler/Istanbul!

Job Description:

• Managing the team’s weekly work schedule, setting and monitoring their deadlines
  
• Coordinating a project from A to Z; setting meetings, hiring right people, establishing and monitoring the production pipeline
  
• Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
  
• Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  
• Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems
  
• Dealing with customers and third party partners; liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  
• Overseeing project procurement management
• Monitoring project progress and handle any issues that arise

Specialties

• Proven work experience as a Coordinator or similar role within an animation studio or an advertising agency
  
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
