Kiva CRM, DevOps Engineer Arıyor!
KivaCRM is a cloud business intelligence application that can be customized on demand using our embedded low-code development tools. It has various business solutions such as CRM, Call Center, Marketing, Field Sales Automation, Work Flows, Analytics and so on.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a mid-level devops engineer who will help us build a better enterprise application development and management ecosystem. Below is a summary of requirements; however, note that we do not expect you to be an expert of each. We expect you to have some experience or knowledge, be enthusiastic and keep learning.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer related studies
- At least 2 years of experience as a devops engineer, with some experience in CI / CD, infrastructure automation, process development and monitoring.
- Intermediate knowledge of at least one scripting language (python, ruby, go*, php*, nodejs*)
- Operational knowledge of managing linux servers
- Operational knowledge of common network principles, virtual private networks, firewalls and security
- Experience in monitoring tools (preferably Zabbix)
- Experience in version control and repo management using git
- Experience in configuration management tools such as Puppet, Chef, and preferably Ansible
- Working proficiency in English
- Good communication skills (especially with developers)
Nice to have:
- Experience in using GitLab for repo management and CI/CD
- Experience in Zabbix monitoring and ability to customize it
- Experience in Ubuntu Linux distro
- Experience or interest in docker and kubernetes
- Experience in one of the cloud providers such as Azure, Google Cloud and AWS
- Experience in installing/configuring MySQL databases
What you’ll do:
You will lead the devops operations such as:
- You will configure and manage a small pool of linux servers
- You will be responsible for monitoring, by integrating zabbix deeply with our services
- You will work closely with lead developers and help them build and maintain a stable ci/cd system
- You will communicate and co-work with client devops engineers of enterprise customers when necessary
- You will recommend solutions to devops problems and build your own if necessary
- You will write documentation of what you do when necessary
