Bitay was established in Yıldız Technical University Technopark in 2018 as the first and only Crypto Money Exchange that received state support from the Ministry of Technology, Science, Industry, and Technology.

We are looking for a Software Engineer with the following characteristics to be assigned to the Software Department of our company operating in the field of Financial Technologies.

Job Description:

  • Design, development, and execution of products, application building components, and Blockchain infrastructure that support the creation, transfer, and storage of digital assets,
  • Development of financial products and services on public and private Blockchain networks.

The compulsory qualifications that candidates are expected to have are as follows:

  • Graduated from Software, Computer, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or similar departments of universities,
  • At least 3 years of software development experience,
  • Having advanced knowledge and experience in Javascript and Node.js; especially worked with frameworks such as Express, Fastify, Socket.io,
  • Having advanced knowledge and experience in ES6, ES7, ES8 standards,
  • Experienced in Linux system management, installation, error detection,
  • Experienced in OOP,
  • Experienced in relational database systems design and development, (preferably Mysql),
  • Knowledge and experience on Mocha.js and Chai test frameworks; wrote unit tests on previously developed products or services,
  • Knowledge and experience on CI / CD platforms such as Docker, Docker Compose,
  • Knowledge and experience in Git version control system,
  • Knowledge and experience in REST, SOAP web services design and development,
  • Enough knowledge in topics such as Blockchain, Bitcoin, Ethereum,
  • Having work discipline and successful time management,
  • Having technical level English knowledge for software development and research,

Priority will be given to candidates with the qualifications listed below:

  • Crypto Exchange, Crypto Wallet, etc. To have knowledge about the concepts and operation of the systems,
  • Having experience in product or service development, integration, and testing in blockchain networks such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Avalanche, Tron,
  • Developing Smart Contracts using Solidity language,
  • Developing private Blockchain products or services using Hyper Ledger Fabric,
  • Developing DAPPs using Truffle development environment on Ethereum network,
  • To have knowledge of DEFI and DEX concepts.
